Pawtrait Maker was founded by James and Jono, two friends from Australia with a love for animals, particularly dogs. They were inspired to use artificial intelligence to bring their idea to life and saw the potential for AI to enhance the way people connect with their pets.

Input Image Guidelines
AI image generation can yield unpredictable results but to get the best chance of getting the best customised pet portraits, we recommend you;
- Upload 15 - 20 images of your pet (minimum of 10, maximum of 30)
- Upload more close up images than full body images - we recommend
- 10 close up images
- 3 full body images
- 5 medium range images
- Do not have any other pets or people in the images - just focus on the pet you are generating portraits of
- Variations - have plenty of variety in your images - different times of day, different positions, different expressions and lighting.

- How can I contact Pawtrait Maker?

- Why do I need to pay before getting my images?
- To generate your customised pet portraits, we train an AI model with your images. This training process costs us money, so in order to start the process, we have to collect payment first.
- What happens to my photos?
- Once we have used your photos to generate the AI model, we will delete the photos within 30 days. You can delete the photos at any time within Pawtrait Maker.
- How long does it take?
- You should receive your customised pet artwork within 30 - 90 minutes. You will be notified via email when they are ready.
- Can you guarantee results?
- AI technology is evolving extremely quickly and can generate undesirable outputs on occasion. The quality of the output is highly dependent on the quality of the images you upload. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee results however if you follow our guidelines, you should receive customised pet portraits that are similar to examples we show on this site.
- How is my credit card information stored?
- Pawtrait Maker does not read, store or use your credit card information. All payments and credit card information is handled by Stripe (our payment processor).
- Do you offer refunds?
- As soon as you upload your images and select your styles, we start taining the AI model which costs us money. Due to this, we are unable to offer any refunds.
- Can you create a portrait from a photo of a deceased pet?
- If you are in this situation, we have been there too. The good news is, as long as you have 10 - 20 quality images of your pet in different environments, you can upload them and create an everlasting tribute to your pet.
- What animals can we upload photos of?
- At this stage, we only support images of cats and dogs however we are working on adding more animals soon. Email us if you'd like to experiment with a different animal.
